When is the Mill Creek IT Department available for support?

The Mill Creek IT Department is staffed Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 6 PM.

We are not officially staffed after-hours or on holidays, although you can still open a support ticket at any time and we will be notified of the ticket creation.
