How to Copy/Export a Quote

Copy a quote

This could be used if the customer wants multiple options for the same area or if you are using a quote as a template.

1. Find quote in the list
2. Right click and choose export create a related quote
3. Tag the lines you want to be on the new quote click ok
4. Edit the sidemark
5. Save

Export a Quote to an Order

1. Go to Order Entry-File-Quotes
2. Search for Customer Quote
3. With Quote highlighted right click and choose export
4. Choose Yes to Export Quote to Customer Order
5. Verify the lines are tagged
6. Select the lines to send to customer order
   • Either choose the finger icon
   • Or hit the enter key
7. Create Order from Quote verify the salesperson and check mark Edit after Export
